Wake
- Practice 10 rounds Pranayama + Surya Namaskar (Sun Salutations)
- Gourmet breakie packed with protein, good fats, fibre
- Train (Me) after school drop off
The Day
- Healthy and easy snack
- Coach clients (connect, learn, adapt)
- Mindful high protein, high fiber, high caloric lunch
-Coach additional clients
-School pick up
- Admin work
Evening
- Making dinner dance party (non-negotiable)
- Catching up with the kids
- Me time with a little YIN Yoga
-A good night sleep

When they don't ...
Wake
- 6 rounds of Pranayama (breath control is non-negotiable)
- 4 rounds of trying to wake up my kids
-Smoothies for the kids and their leftovers for me
-20 minutes of effective movement (also non-negotiable)
The Day
Evening
- Remember I need to eat more
- Coach clients (connect, learn, adapt)
- Have a massive lunch from left over dinners while sending emails and getting shit done
-Coach additional clients
-School pick up
- Catching up on the to-list list
- Making dinner dance party (non-negotiable)
- Catching up with the kids
- Me time with a little YIN Yoga while watching TV
- Falling into bed exhausted, reading until the book falls on my face
